PAYMENT, SHIPPING & RETURNS
Sales taxes will be applied on your invoice.
Sales tax and shipping charges will be added. Your credit card will be charged on the day that your order is placed.

All orders are processed the same day they are received. Orders will be acknowledged by email. Your customer Number will also be provided in the event you need to contact us.
Shipping within CANADA
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return must be within 30 days of your purchase date.
All orders are processed within 24 hours except for orders received after Noon on Fridays (MST).
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Full refunds are provided for unopened products returned by mail to the address provided below
no later than 30 days from the date of purchase.
A copy of your receipt is required along with the product for a full refund.
Refunds are not offered on items returned more than 30 days from the date of purchase.
Returned products are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee.
Refunds are permitted ONLY to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
